Simpson the butler was unloading the dishwasher. As he did so a large silver serving spoon fell out out his hand onto the kitchen floor. He picked it up and placed it on the counter. After the dishwasher was unloaded he placed the serving spoon back in the dishwahwer so it could be washed again.
There is a lesson for us in this. If you fall (experience moral faiure) you should be washed (baptized) again. Evem if you are a "serving spoon", that is, a minister of the Gospel. And even if you are a "large silver serving spoon", that is, an impotant minister of the Gospel.
Revelation 2:5 says to "repent and do the first works". One of the first works is water baptism.

People are exercising more at home these days. Spiritually speaking we should also be exercising at home by maintaining a devotional life. The two key parts of this are prayer and Bible reading - symbolized by the two golden dumbbells. Those who maintain a physical workout routine are disciplined about it. They exercise even when they don't feel like it. That's the way we should be about prayer and Bible reading - our spiritual exercises.
